Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Destinomy, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe the account has been compromised.

3. The service

Destinomy provides tools for recording and analyzing transportation operating income, costs, time, and odometer-derived mileage. Features and supported import formats may change. Beta features may be incomplete, changed, or removed.

4. Your data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give Destinomy permission to host, process, and display that information only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of uploaded or entered data and for reviewing every imported transaction before committing it. Do not upload data you do not have the right to use.

5. Analytics are not professional advice

Destinomy provides informational calculations based on user-supplied data and stated assumptions. It is not accounting, tax, legal, investment, insurance, or vehicle-safety advice. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate when source data is missing, duplicated, misclassified, estimated, or entered for the wrong period. You remain responsible for business and filing decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security controls, access another person's account, upload malicious material, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use Destinomy in violation of law.

7. Destinomy materials

The service, branding, interface, software, and documentation are owned by Destinomy or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

8. Availability, changes, and termination

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service. You may stop using Destinomy at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destinomy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destinomy and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. For questions, contact us through Facebook Messenger on the Destinomy Facebook page.
